Record trips instead of writing them down.
A phone in the vehicle is all you need. The route is recorded by GPS, matched to the road network and arrives in order management as a finished logbook entry, with start and destination address and an updated odometer reading.

From GPS point to a record for your tax adviser
All vehicles on one map, with number plate, status and last position. You set the update interval between 10 seconds and 5 minutes.
Trips are detected
The measuring points become individual trips, split at stops, with start and destination address.
DetailsKilometres on the road
The route follows the road network instead of a straight line. The system fills reception gaps, for example in tunnels, using the route.
DetailsOdometer keeps up
Read it from the dashboard once and the system keeps counting. No readings before and after every trip.
DetailsCustomer is suggested
If the trip ends at a stored customer address, the system suggests that customer. It is only applied once you confirm.
DetailsTravel on the invoice
Start a job at the customer and the journey there is assigned to the job, so it ends up on the invoice.
DetailsMaps in-house
Map data, address search and routes run on our own OpenStreetMap server. Your vehicles' locations do not leave our system.
DetailsHow a trip is created
Usually without lifting a finger on the road.
- Set offSwitch recording on once, the phone stays in the vehicle.
- On the roadDo nothing. Points are collected in the background, even without reception.
- ArrivedThe points become a trip with addresses and road kilometres.
- ApplyChoose the purpose, confirm the customer, and the entry is in the logbook.
A report anyone can verify
When it is created, the logbook report is archived and given a reference number. A QR code on the cover page leads to the stored original file, unlocked with a PIN that appears only in the document. This lets anyone check whether the paper matches what was generated at the time.
- Reference number and PIN on the cover page
- Overview of all included trips with a map
- QR code per trip leads to the recorded track
- Reconstructed trips are marked as such
- The process is what counts.
- The tax office accepts a logbook that is kept promptly, completely and cannot be altered afterwards. That is how the module works: recording runs during the trip, every trip is locked, and every report can be cross-checked via reference and PIN.
- Measured and added trips stay separate.
- Trips recorded by GPS count as measured. Trips added later from billed journeys carry their own marker in the report.
App, reports and export
No installation, no device rental, no garage appointment. For continuous use we recommend a fixed power supply, and the app guides you through the necessary system settings.
The Android app
- Records in the background, even with the screen off. Points are only stored once the vehicle has moved. That saves data and battery.
- Jobs at the customer: record time, tasks, materials and photos on site, and the customer signs on the display.
- Works without signal: basement, new build, dead zone. Everything is stored and uploaded as soon as there is a connection again. The customer list is on the device too.
- Readable in sunlight: the app switches between light and dark design depending on the ambient brightness.
- The customer's stored remote support access can be launched straight from the app, and the session is logged as a task.
- No app store: download from your own system, one device, one token, done.
Reports and export
- Filter by period, vehicle and driver
- Each trip as business, commute or private, totalled separately
- PDF report grouped by day, with odometer readings, start and destination address, business partner and purpose
- If linked to an order, the travel flat fee is booked directly on the job
- Several vehicles and drivers, every trip assigned and filterable
- Billed journeys there and back that were not recorded can be added later and are marked as calculated
- Costs flow into reporting via the ERP module
Your own on-site fuel tank
If you fill up yourself, you still know at the end of the month what each litre cost.
- The tank is a stockLitres and value are tracked. The price per litre is a moving average: it is recalculated with every refill and stays unchanged when fuel is drawn.
- Draw fuel with your phoneThe withdrawal is booked in the app at the nozzle, optionally with the vehicle. Cost and remaining stock are shown on the display before booking.
- Even without receptionBookings are buffered on the device and uploaded as soon as there is signal again. Every booking has its own identifier and cannot arrive twice.
- Diesel, petrol, heating oilSeveral tanks side by side, each with its own fuel type, capacity, stock and average price.
- Dip the tank instead of guessingIf the stock differs, enter the dipped value. The correction remains as a separate booking, nothing is silently overwritten.
- Only authorised usersThe right to draw fuel is enabled per device and is off by default. Every booking records the stock and price per litre at that moment.
The module calculates, it does not measure. The quantity comes from your system's meter or from the driver's entry. It does not replace a calibrated fuel pump, it keeps track of stock, value and consumption.
More drawn than in stock? The withdrawal is still booked, because the fuel is gone. The stock stays at zero, with a prompt to dip the tank.
