Every payment from the WorkOrderAgent needs two approvals: the payment password in the system and the pushTAN in your banking app. Your PIN is stored encrypted, and hosting is in Germany.

How a payment is approved

  1. Prepare the paymentA transfer from the supplier list or a direct debit batch from the direct debit centre.
  2. Payment passwordYou confirm in the WorkOrderAgent with your payment password.
  3. pushTANThen you approve by pushTAN in your banking app. For a collective direct debit, one pushTAN covers the whole batch.

  • Payee checkTransfers check the payee's name (Verification of Payee).
  • IBAN and BIC checkCheck digit and comparison with the bank directory on every entry.
  • Hosting in GermanyDaily backups, geoblocking and intrusion detection.
  • Data processing coveredA data processing agreement is part of every contract.
