The system detects trips by itself. You just drive.
The phone in the vehicle collects GPS points. These become individual trips, split at stops, with start and destination address. There is no button to press for each trip.

From data point to logbook entry
Three of the four steps run without any action from you.
- Set offYou switch recording on once. The phone stays in the vehicle.
- On the roadThe points are collected in the background. Data is only stored once the vehicle has really moved.
- ArrivedThe points become a trip with start and destination address and road kilometres.
- AcceptChoose the purpose, confirm the customer. The entry is in the logbook and locked.
What the app does for this
The driver's phone already has GPS, a battery and mobile data. No built-in device is needed.
- Recording in the backgroundThe app keeps recording when the screen is off. Standing still creates no points, which saves data and battery.
- No signal, no problemIn a dead spot, the device stores all points and uploads them as soon as it has a connection again. The system processes the last section of the route once the device has reported the end of the trip.
- Several vehicles and driversEvery trip is assigned to a vehicle and a driver and can be filtered by them.
- All vehicles on one mapNumber plate, status and last position at a glance. You set the refresh interval between 10 seconds and 5 minutes.
- Continuous operationFor continuous operation, we recommend a permanent power supply in the vehicle. The app guides you through the necessary system settings.
