How the customer gets onto the trip

  1. Destination reachedThe trip ends at an address stored for a customer.
  2. SuggestionThe system suggests this customer as the business partner.
  3. ConfirmYou choose the purpose and confirm the customer. Nothing is applied without your confirmation.

What the assigned customer gives you

  • Business partner in the reportThe PDF report lists start and destination address, business partner and purpose for each trip.
  • Purposes totalled separatelyEvery trip is business, commute or private. The totals are shown separately side by side.
  • Customer list on the deviceThe customer list is stored locally on the phone. The app works with it even where there is no signal.
  • On to the orderIf you start a job at the customer, the journey is assigned to the job and goes on the invoice.
