- For businesses onlyOur offer is aimed exclusively at businesses as defined in § 14 BGB (German Civil Code). Only our terms and conditions apply, in the version valid at the time the contract is concluded.
- E-invoicingWorkOrderAgent creates e-invoices in the XRechnung XML format according to EN 16931. Since 1 January 2025 all businesses in Germany must be able to receive e-invoices. Businesses with more than €800,000 turnover in the previous year must issue e-invoices from 1 January 2027, all others from 1 January 2028 at the latest. Exemptions include small businesses under the small business scheme and invoices to private customers. Deadlines and exemptions in detail
- Password vaultStored credentials are kept with symmetric encryption.
- CalDAV syncTwo-way with all applications that support the open CalDAV protocol (RFC 4791), such as Apple Calendar, Thunderbird or DAVx⁵ on Android. Microsoft Outlook does not support CalDAV out of the box. It can be connected via add-on software such as the open-source Outlook CalDav Synchronizer, for which we accept no liability.
