The system has its own built-in CalDAV and CardDAV server. Appointments from order management and contacts from the CRM appear on your phone, tablet and computer, without a new app.
What the module does

Its own server
The CalDAV and CardDAV server runs on your WorkOrderAgent server. No additional provider, no data processing outside.

You sign in with your login from the system. When an employee leaves, calendar access ends together with their login.

The administrator creates, renames and removes calendars and address books, as many as needed.

What really matters here.
- Open standard means you can get back out.Appointments and contacts are stored in formats that any other program can read. Switching means no data loss. That is exactly why we use CalDAV rather than a proprietary interface.
- One set of data instead of two lists.The benefit does not come from the calendar itself, but from appointment, order and contact using the same data. With separate tools you have to sync them. Here, that step disappears.
- Setup: five minutes per device, once.Address, user name, password, and it runs. If you like, we set it up together with you.
