How the sign-off works

Four steps at the end of the job.

  • In the Android appIf you use the app from fleet management, you record time, materials and photos there. At the end, the customer signs on the screen.
  • In the customer portalAcceptance reports can also be signed in the portal, as can quotes and SEPA mandates.
  • Stored with the orderThe report is attached to the order and available to the customer in the portal.
