Between two customers there is a drive. The calendar knows that.

On-site appointments carry the address and travel time. Between two such appointments, the system plans in the drive so that nobody is double-booked.

What is attached to an appointment

On site or remote support: the appointment type decides whether travel is planned in.

  • On siteThe appointment carries the address and travel time. The customer’s address is entered as the location in the calendar entry.
  • Remote supportInstead of an address, the appointment carries an online link. No travel is planned in.
  • NavigationOn-site appointments include a navigation link for Google Maps. Work instructions as PDF carry a QR code for this.
  • Travel on the invoiceThe timesheet calculates travel kilometres and the flat fee and books them to the order. More under Billing travel.
