How to set up a device

Three steps, then there is nothing more to do.

  1. Add an accountOn Apple devices in the built-in settings, on Android via a free sync app, on a computer directly in Thunderbird or Evolution.
  2. Enter your login detailsAddress, username and password. It is the same login as in the WorkOrderAgent.
  3. DoneFrom now on, appointments and contacts sync in the background.

What happens in the background

  • Hands-freeSyncing runs by itself. You do not have to trigger anything.
  • Separate for each clientEach client is synced on its own. If one fails, the others keep running.
  • No copy to maintainAppointments and follow-ups from order management appear on the device. You maintain them in one place only.
