How it works

  1. First conversationWe clarify goals, audience, scope and what your site should do. You then receive a non-binding offer.
  2. Draft and approvalWe build the site, you see the draft in advance and approve it. We migrate an existing site and redirect old addresses.
  3. Go-live and maintenanceYour site goes online. From then on we keep it up to date, you simply send us changes by message.

Frequently asked questions

What does the package cost?

The WordPress edition only costs the provider fees for hosting, domain and server: €49.95 per month including VAT. For the custom edition the maintenance contract is added: €170.00 per month plus VAT. Building your website is included in both editions. The maintenance contract covers up to 3 hours of work per month for IT support and website maintenance; unused hours carry over for one month and then expire. Anything beyond that is charged as agreed. Special requests such as a shop or interfaces are discussed beforehand and offered separately.

How long does the contract run?

The package runs for at least 12 months. After that you can cancel in writing with one month’s notice.

What happens after cancellation?

At the end of the contract we take the website offline and delete the site and its database. With the custom edition the source code stays with us; on request we export your content, i.e. texts and images, as a PDF. With the WordPress edition you receive a backup of your site. Please request the export or backup before the contract ends.

Who is the package for?

For business customers: companies, trades and the self-employed. All prices for the maintenance contract are plus VAT.

Do I own the website?

With the custom edition the website and its source code remain our property, you use it for as long as the package runs. Your own texts and images of course belong to you; on request you receive them as a PDF. With the WordPress edition you receive a backup when the contract ends.

Can you take over my existing website?

Yes. We take over texts and images, rebuild the site and redirect old addresses so you lose nothing in Google.

How quickly are changes made?

Small changes such as opening hours or a new photo are usually done within a few working days. We discuss larger extensions with you beforehand.

Is the package tax-deductible?

For businesses, the monthly amounts are usually ongoing operating expenses. Your tax adviser can tell you how this applies to you.
