We offer maintenance contracts for businesses of every size, from a single workstation to an office with a server. The more hours you plan per month, the cheaper the hour: from €75.00 down to €60.

Without a contract the hour costs €75.00. In a package you book a monthly remote support budget, and the hour gets cheaper.

Frequently asked questions
What does an IT maintenance contract cost?
The packages cost €140.00 (S, 2 hours), €264.00 (M, 4 hours), €496.00 (L, 8 hours) and €720.00 (XL, 12 hours) per month, each plus VAT. Without a contract the hour costs €75.00, in a package between €70 and €60.
What happens to hours I don’t use?
Unused hours carry over for one month. After that they expire.
And if a month needs more work?
Then, if you like, we offset the additional hours against the following month, or bill them at your package rate. If the package doesn’t fit permanently, we switch to another size together. What matters to us is working together as equals and economically for both sides.
Is on-site service included in the package?
No. The package covers remote support. On-site jobs are always billed at the hourly rate.
How long does the contract run?
IT support maintenance contracts can be cancelled monthly.
Who are the packages for?
For business customers: companies, trades and the self-employed. All prices are plus VAT.
