Yes. We then bill at the hourly rate. A maintenance contract pays off if you need help regularly and want predictable costs.
Do you also help with staff phones and tablets?
Yes, for example by setting up email, calendars and contacts so appointments and addresses are the same on every device.
What does support cost?
Without a contract €75.00 per hour plus VAT. The maintenance contract packages with a lower hourly rate are listed there with prices.
