Our office is in Möthlow in Havelland. We come to Nauen, Falkensee, Berlin-Spandau and the rest of Berlin, to Teltow and Kleinmachnow and to western Brandenburg. Remote support works anywhere in Germany.
Frequently asked questions
Is a maintenance contract worth it for a single workstation?
The smallest package is intended for 1 to 3 workstations. Whether it pays off depends on how often you need help. Without a contract we simply bill at the hourly rate. Packages and prices
Do you also support private customers?
Our IT support is aimed at business customers, which includes sole traders and freelancers. All prices are plus VAT.
How quickly do we get help?
By remote support often right away. For on-site visits it depends on the distance; travel times from Möthlow are listed for each place in the service area.
What happens if the computer fails completely?
With a working backup we set up a new or repaired computer and restore your data. That is why we test the backup regularly. For emergencies there is also repair and data recovery.
