Some things cannot be fixed remotely. When a defect has to be repaired physically or something needs setting up, we come to you with the tools required, in Berlin and Brandenburg.
Remote where possible. On site where necessary.

- Remote support firstWhatever can be solved on screen, we solve there, with no travel.
- Then on siteIf hands and tools are needed, we come to you and fix the defect or set things up.
What we come out for
- RepairsPCs, notebooks, servers and RAID systems. We measure first, then repair, instead of swapping parts on suspicion. You receive a cost estimate before the repair.
- Setup and installationNew devices, a new workstation or an installation that has to happen on site.
- Data recoveryWe solve software problems directly at your premises. Physical damage to hard drives is handled with our partner network, which has a clean room.
- IT relocationPreliminary analysis at the old site, a migration plan with a contingency plan, then transport, installation and testing until every workstation is running again.
