## Appointment proposals the customer confirms themselves

You choose three free time slots from the calendar. The customer receives an email with one button per time slot and clicks the one they want. The appointment then appears in your calendar and is transferred to Outlook.

- On-site appointments with address and travel time, remote support with an online link
- Email reminder to employee and customer, 24 hours and 1 hour before
- SMS as an additional channel is planned, but not yet included

## From “When suits you?” to a fixed appointment

Four steps, only one of them on the customer’s side.

- Propose time slots: An employee picks three free time slots in the calendar.
- Email to the customer: The customer receives three buttons, one per time slot.
- A click confirms: The customer clicks the preferred time, and the appointment is booked.
- Sync with Outlook: The appointment also lands in the customer’s Outlook, and the reminder arrives 24 hours before.

## What the appointments module can do

An appointment is more than a date. It is linked to the job, the customer, the employee and the vehicle.

## Settings per company

- CalDAV connection: Outlook (Office 365), Apple iCloud, Google Calendar or your own server such as Nextcloud or Radicale.
- Length of time slots: 15, 30, 45, 60, 90 or 120 minutes, adjustable per appointment type.
- On site or remote support: On-site appointments carry the address and travel time, remote support appointments an online link.
- Appointment details at a glance: One click on the appointment in the dashboard opens a window with all the key details.
