## What is attached to an appointment

On site or remote support: the appointment type decides whether travel is planned in.

- On site: The appointment carries the address and travel time. The customer’s address is entered as the location in the calendar entry.
- Remote support: Instead of an address, the appointment carries an online link. No travel is planned in.
- Navigation: On-site appointments include a navigation link for Google Maps. Work instructions as PDF carry a QR code for this.
