## How travel gets onto the invoice

- Flat fee and kilometres: Travel kilometres and flat fee are calculated automatically and booked to the order.
- Travel time kept separate: The journey runs on its own “Travel time” timer, with its own hourly rate if you wish.
- Already in the quote: Travel and flat fees are separate line item types and already appear in the quote.
- With GPS recording: With fleet management, the journey is assigned to the job when the job starts, and the flat fee is booked directly on the job.
- Travel time from the logbook: When an appointment on the order ends, the timesheet entry takes the travel time from the logbook.
- Add to the logbook later: Billed journeys there and back that were not recorded can be added to the logbook. They are marked there as calculated.
