Onto the invoice Time

- **Lines:** hours, material, travel
- **Rate:** per employee and activity
- **Rounding:** quarter-hour or to the minute
- **Breaks:** deducted automatically
- **Output:** also as an e-invoice

## From timesheet to invoice

- Finish the job: Press stop, add a note, submit.
- Transfer the hours: Open hours are transferred to the invoice automatically, together with material and travel.
- Send the invoice: As a PDF by email or as an e-invoice in ZUGFeRD or XRechnung format (the German e-invoice standards).

## Your rules per company

This way the timesheet calculates the way you have agreed with your customers.

- Hourly rate per employee: Each employee has their own rate, so the invoice is calculated correctly.
- Rate per activity: On site, remote support, travel time and workshop, each with its own hourly rate if you wish.
- Minimum billing: Rounded to the quarter-hour or to the minute.
- First hour: If you wish, the first hour is always charged in full.
- Collective invoices: Several jobs for one customer on a single invoice.
- Transparent for the customer: In the customer portal, the customer sees their timesheets with a clear breakdown.

## Deducting breaks

During the job, you press the break button. When the hours are billed, breaks are deducted automatically. You do not have to work anything out by hand, and the customer only pays for working time.
