## What you maintain as the shop owner

The shop uses the items, stock levels and contracts that are already in the system.

- Item becomes a shop product: Any item can go into the shop with one click, with description, image, address and search engine details.
- Add-on modules for the main product: Main software products can offer other modules as add-ons. The customer books them in the assistant at the same time, and the price goes into the same contract.
- Stock items active automatically: Items in stock can appear in the shop automatically and are hidden again when stock reaches zero.
- Items with free shipping: If all items in the basket are marked as free shipping, no shipping is charged.
- Recommended retail price: If you maintain the RRP, the shop shows it crossed out with the discount as a percentage.
- Images from wholesalers: Supplier images come in via OpenMasterData, without uploading per item.

### Prices and checkout

- B2C with gross prices or B2B with net prices “plus VAT”, set per shop, B2B optionally only after login
- Basket with a clean split of net, VAT and gross, including for recurring amounts
- Central default payment methods, individual items can differ
- Flat shipping rate with a “free shipping from” threshold

### Operation and appearance

- Maintenance mode: take the shop offline temporarily, with your own notice text
- Your own prefix for order numbers, for example “WOA-S-202606-0001”
- Your own shop logo, independent of the client's logo
