We agree with you in advance which package suits your building blocks. - User accounts are agreed per package.: Mailboxes, domains, remote devices and vehicles do not count towards them and cost nothing extra. - Backups are kept on your server at first.: We set up an additional off-site backup on request. Without it there is no copy in a second location. - Optional: Microsoft SQL Server.: If you want to keep running an existing application on SQL Server, you get it in a container, reachable only via VPN. The free Express edition is included; larger editions need your own licence from Microsoft. ## Frequently asked questions ### Do I have to use every building block? No. You use what you need. You can keep your current invoicing and accounting program and just move mail, cloud storage and remote support onto your server. You can connect your existing calendar via CalDAV, for example, and your mail can stay with your current provider at first and simply be collected. ### How does my mail move over from my old provider? Through the built-in IMAP migration: it copies every folder, deletes nothing at the old provider and can be repeated right before the switch. You receive a complete data export. Mail, appointments, contacts and documents are kept in open formats anyway, which any other program can read. ### Who takes care of updates and security? We do.
