## There and back between your business and your tax adviser

No more shoebox and folders going back and forth. Receipts and bookings are already in the system.

- Upload receipts: By photo, scan or email. Document management archives them in line with GoBD (German rules for digital bookkeeping) and sorts them by date and supplier.
- Book with account codes: For incoming invoices, the system suggests the right supplier account. Outgoing invoices and bank transactions are already booked.
- Export the batch: At the end of the month, a booking batch goes to your tax adviser as DATEV CSV, including the receipts as Factur-X.
- Re-import: Batches from your tax adviser can be re-imported and automatically matched with your bookings.

## Your tax adviser remains important.

- **Better data, better advice:** A tax adviser can only work as well as the information they receive. WorkOrderAgent gives them a clean, complete overview of your figures, straight from your system.
