## The reports at a glance

All reports draw on the same bookings. There is no export and no reconciliation between two programs.

- BWA: The management accounts report, compared with the prior period.
- P&L and balance sheet: Profit and loss statement and balance sheet as classic reports.
- Trial balance: The trial balance (SuSa) shows all accounts with their totals and balances.
- EÜR: The annual cash-basis profit statement (Einnahmen-Überschuss-Rechnung). More on the VAT page.
- Business units: Separate units per account, for example "workshop" and "rentals", each with its own BWA.
- Pre-check: Before the tax return, a plausibility check flags gaps, incorrect bookings and unusual tax rates.

## From the report to the single booking

If a figure catches your eye, you click into it instead of searching through folders.

- Figure in the report: You see the item in the BWA, P&L or balance sheet, next to the prior period's value.
- Ledger: One click opens the figure down to the individual ledger account.
- Booking: On the ledger you see every single booking that makes up the figure.
