## How your commission is calculated

We agree the amount individually in the partner contract. It is always calculated the same way, and you can check it at any time in the partner cockpit.

- No limit after 12, 24 or 36 months, no cut-off date after X years
- Commission starts with your customer's first revenue
- If the referred customer cancels, the commission ends automatically

Commission = gross revenue of the customer × agreed percentage

Calculated monthly, with a PDF statement and payout by SEPA.

## From partner application to first payout

Six steps, no Excel lists.

- Application: Fill in the online form and sign the partner contract electronically.
- Code active: Your unique referral code is activated.
- Recommend: Pass on the code: in your email signature, on your website or in conversation. Every click with the code is recorded.
- Sign-up: The prospect becomes a customer with your code. The system handles the assignment automatically.
- Commission starts: Monthly commission starts from the customer's first revenue.
- Monthly payout: The system creates the commission statement with its own number, sends it by email and transfers the money by SEPA.

## What the partner contract says

- Commission term: For as long as the referred customer uses the WorkOrderAgent. No time limit.
- Commission amount: Agreed individually in the partner contract, as a percentage of your customer's gross revenue.
- Transferable to heirs: In the partner contract, you specify who receives the ongoing commission after your death. The contract continues.
- End of commission: If the referred customer leaves the WorkOrderAgent, the commission ends automatically. A clean break with no disputes.
- Manual assignment: If the automatic assignment did not work, it is added afterwards, with a log.
- Commission statements: One PDF per payout, with recipient details, amounts and VAT where applicable.
