## From first contact to invoice

The contact in the CRM and the customer on the order are not a pair from two programs that you have to keep in sync.

- Contact in the CRM: Company, contact person, history and sales opportunity.
- Create customer: One click transfers the record to order management.
- Quote and order: Create a quote and, once accepted, turn it into an order confirmation with one click.
- Invoice: After the job and sign-off, the invoice is created for the same customer.

## What a shared set of data gives you

- No second entry: You do not type the address and contact person into [order management](https://1x1it.de/en/workorderagent/auftragsverwaltung/) again.
- The way back: From the customer, the link takes you back to the CRM record with its history and documents.
- Transfer existing customers: Customers already in order management can be transferred to the CRM in one run.
