They belong together. - Contacts on your phone: Via CardDAV, your CRM contacts appear in the address book on your phone, tablet and computer. Callers show up by name. More under [Calendar & contacts](https://1x1it.de/en/workorderagent/caldav/). - Appointments in the same calendar: A follow-up in the CRM can appear as an appointment in your calendar, with no extra tool. - Documents with the contact: Draft quote, call notes and draft contract are stored with the contact, not in a folder on some computer. - Switchable per company: If you do not need the CRM, you do not see it. The interface stays lean. ## Straight talk: what you are signing up for - **The module is still growing.:** Companies, contacts, categories, sales opportunities, tasks, history and documents are in place and in use. What you enter today is kept. There is no restart with an empty database. - **Not a large-scale sales system.:** It does not offer campaign management for a hundred field sales reps. For businesses that want to know who wanted what and when, and what came of it, it is enough. - **The online editor needs resources.:** It runs in its own container. For very small servers, we talk to you about the specification beforehand. ### Winter special In the winter special: all modules in the package at no extra charge. If you join now, you keep the benefit afterwards too.
