## What is attached to a contact

The difference is not the contact list itself, but what is attached to it.

- Categories as a tree: Your own categories in a tree structure, organised the way your business works.
- Full-text search: You find companies and contacts through search instead of long lists.
- History and tasks: Calls, meetings, notes and [tasks](https://1x1it.de/en/workorderagent/crm/aufgaben/) sit right with the contact.
- Documents with the contact: Draft quote, meeting note and draft contract are stored with the contact, not in a folder on some computer.
