## Where you see your tasks

- On the record: Open a contact, a company or a customer and the open tasks are right there.
- In the sidebar: All tasks in one place, without opening each record individually.
- In the calendar: A follow-up from the CRM can appear as an appointment in your calendar, without another tool. Via [CalDAV](https://1x1it.de/en/workorderagent/caldav/) also on phone, tablet and computer.
