# One login for calendars and contacts

Your staff log in to the calendar with the same login they use for the WorkOrderAgent. When someone leaves, they lose calendar access along with their login.

One login CalDAV

- **Login:** with the WorkOrderAgent login
- **Calendars:** per person, as many as needed
- **Address books:** per person
- **Management:** by the administrator
- **Leaving:** login gone, calendar gone

## One login for everything

- No second password: Calendar and address book use the same login as the system.
- Clean exit: When an employee leaves, calendar access ends together with their WorkOrderAgent login. No forgotten account stays open.
- Accounts with roles: Every employee has their own user account with individual permissions.
- Password rules: At least 10 characters with upper and lower case letters, digits and special characters.

## Calendars and address books per person

The administrator keeps track of who has which calendar.

- **Create:** The administrator sets up calendars and address books for each person, as many as needed.
- **Rename and remove:** Calendars and address books can be renamed or removed at any time.
