- **Android:** via a free sync app
- **Computer:** Thunderbird, Evolution

## One set of data instead of two lists

The contact in the CRM and the customer on the order are not two entries you have to keep in sync.

- Names instead of numbers: An incoming call shows the name from the CRM instead of an unknown number.
- Maintain once: Change a phone number in the system and, after syncing, it is on your mobile too.
- A company becomes a customer: One click turns the CRM record into a customer in order management, with address and contact person.
- History per contact: Calls, conversations and notes are stored with the contact in the CRM. When someone calls again after months, you know at once who they are.
- Address books per person: The administrator creates, renames and removes address books.

## On which devices

- **iPhone, iPad and Mac:** Support is built in, no additional app is needed.
- **Android:** The contacts reach the phone book via one of the common free sync apps.
- **Computer:** Thunderbird, Evolution and other programs support the standard directly.
