## A job on the smartphone

From scanning the QR code to the finished invoice.

- Scan the QR code: The technician starts the job by QR code, with no login and no app.
- Find the way: The work instruction PDF carries a QR code for navigation with Google Maps.
- Record: Enter tasks, working time, materials and photos directly on site.
- Get a signature: The customer signs on the smartphone.
- Invoice: Once the job is finished, the invoice is created automatically.

## What works on the move

- Photos on the order: Pictures from the job go straight to the order and the customer portal.
- Barcodes instead of typing: You scan EAN barcodes with your phone camera. No separate scanner is needed.
- QR lists per customer: Printable QR code lists per customer for jobs and timesheets.
- On the customer's computer: With job pairing you fill in the timesheet on the customer's PC: enter the code from your phone, done. No login details needed at the customer's.
- Securely connected: QR access works via tokens, with no plain-text transmission. All connections are HTTPS-encrypted.
- On any system: Windows, macOS, Linux, tablet or smartphone: all you need is a browser and an internet connection.
