## What your customers see in the portal

- Documents as PDF: Quotes, orders, invoices and credit notes to download.
- Appointments: Upcoming appointments and maintenance planning, split into remote and on-site.
- Timesheets: With a transparent breakdown of the hours.
- Logbook: A chronological record of all work carried out.
- Defects and attachments: Open defects, photos from the job, plans and PDFs attached to each job.

## What your customers do in the portal

They sign with a mouse or a touch screen.

- **Accept a quote:** The customer opens the quote and signs digitally. The signed PDF goes straight into the DMS with the right order.
- **Sign an acceptance report:** Acceptance reports can also be signed in the portal, not only on site.

## Access and security

- A link instead of a mandatory login: Every customer gets an encrypted link to their jobs. Logging in is not required for this.
- Welcome with instructions: On first login, a welcome email with PDF instructions is sent automatically.
- Password rules: At least 10 characters with upper and lower case letters, digits and special characters.
- Strict data separation: Each customer sees only their own data.
- Your branding: The portal carries your logo and adapts to computers, tablets and smartphones.
- From your website: Customers go from your website straight into the portal, without logging in again if they are already logged in there.
