## How the sign-off works

Four steps at the end of the job.

- Finish the job: Time, tasks, materials and photos are recorded during the job.
- Sign: The customer signs directly on the tablet or smartphone screen.
- Send the report: The PDF report is created, attached to the order and emailed to the customer.
- Create the invoice: The invoice is created straight away. Hours, materials and travel are already in it as line items.

## Sign wherever the customer happens to be

- On site in the browser: The mobile view runs in the browser on tablets and smartphones, with no separate app.
- In the Android app: If you use the app from fleet management, you record time, materials and photos there. At the end, the customer signs on the screen.
- In the customer portal: Acceptance reports can also be signed in the portal, as can quotes and SEPA mandates.
- Stored with the order: The report is attached to the order and available to the customer in the portal.
