- Then on site: If hands and tools are needed, we come to you and fix the defect or set things up.

## What we come out for

- Repairs: PCs, notebooks, servers and RAID systems. We measure first, then repair, instead of swapping parts on suspicion. You receive a cost estimate before the repair.
- Setup and installation: New devices, a new workstation or an installation that has to happen on site.
- Data recovery: We solve software problems directly at your premises. Physical damage to hard drives is handled with our partner network, which has a clean room.
- IT relocation: Preliminary analysis at the old site, a migration plan with a contingency plan, then transport, installation and testing until every workstation is running again.
