## Connected in three steps

All you need is the remote support package and a phone.

- Download the package: The ZIP file contains the remote support program for Windows.
- Unzip and start: Double-click "Fernsupport starten" (start remote support). Nothing is installed.
- Tell us the ID and password: Call us on [0173 644 22 17](tel:+491736442217) and we will connect.

## What remote support means with us

- When it has to continue on site: If a fault cannot be fixed remotely, we come to you in Berlin and Brandenburg.
