Our IT support is aimed at business customers, which includes sole traders and freelancers. All prices are plus VAT.

### How quickly do we get help?

By remote support often right away. For on-site visits it depends on the distance; travel times from Möthlow are listed for each place in the [service area](https://1x1it.de/en/einsatzgebiet/).

### What happens if the computer fails completely?
