## Repair: measure instead of swapping parts on suspicion

We find the cause before we replace anything. That saves money and extends the life of your devices.

- PCs and notebooks: Workstations and notebooks that no longer start, crash or have become noticeably slow.
- Servers and RAID systems: Servers and storage arrays where every hour of downtime counts.
- Quote first: Before we repair, we tell you what it costs. You decide whether the repair is worth it.
- On site if you prefer: Where possible we come to you, so the device does not have to be shipped first.

## Data recovery

Accidentally deleted, a system crash or a physical defect: we get your data back. The initial diagnosis is free of charge.

- Deleted files: We solve software problems directly at your premises.
- Faulty HDDs and SSDs: We handle physical damage with our partner network, which has a clean room.
- Encrypted drives: Disks encrypted with BitLocker or FileVault.
- NAS and RAID: Storage systems with several disks, even after a failure of the array.

Important in an emergency: do not write anything else to the affected drive, and switch off a drive that makes clicking noises. Every further access can make recovery harder.
