## What announcements are used for

- Building-wide or targeted: One announcement reaches every room, or only the rooms it concerns.
- Emergency and safety announcements: In workshops and production areas, without a dedicated PA system.
- Staff calls: Call staff in specific areas, in workshops and offices or between kitchen and front of house.
- Promotions in retail: Announcements for promotions or staff, controlled centrally.
